LANGUAGES OF INSTRUCTION
Our teaching team is multilingual, with native Spanish speakers. Classes can be taught in Spanish, English, and German simultaneously, depending on the group’s needs.
APPROACH AND METHODOLOGY
Thai Hand Madrid courses are designed with a highly practical approach, based on experiential learning. Throughout the training, essential content is also covered, such as:
– Basic anatomy and physiology applied to massage
– Indications and contraindications for each protocol
CLASS INTERACTION
At our school, active and passive practice among classmates is an essential part of the learning process. It is important that each student comes with an open, respectful, and receptive attitude, willing to practice with others even if they don’t know each other beforehand. This collaborative dynamic is common and fundamental in any professional massage training.
ADMISSION
To participate in our courses, workshops, or retreats, you must:
– Be at least 18 years old
– Have a basic understanding of at least one of the three languages of instruction: Spanish, English, or German
COURSE MATERIALS
The course fee includes:
– Study materials (printed or digital, as applicable)
– The instruction hours corresponding to the course you have enrolled in
– International certification (diploma)

GENERAL CONDITIONS
– Thai Hand Madrid reserves the right to modify course dates, content, and conditions without prior notice.
– Thai Hand Madrid also reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment or other justified reasons. In such cases, only the deposit will be refunded.
– The school does not assume responsibility for or cover additional expenses arranged independently by the student, such as travel, accommodation, or other services not provided by the school.
INDIVIDUAL CLASSES AND PRIVATE GROUPS
We offer individualized training and courses for special groups upon request. Contact us for more information and availability.
Payments and Cancellation Policy:
RESERVATION
To guarantee your place in any of our courses or programs, a deposit is required at least two weeks before the course begins.
The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the course or workshop.
REFUND POLICY
– No refunds (full or partial) are issued once the course or program has begun.
– Deposits are non-refundable.
– Courses, programs, or promotions with special discounts are non-refundable.
– Thai Hand Madrid does not offer refunds or date changes in case of cancellations due to personal reasons, including illness or force majeure beyond the school’s control.

Thai Hand Madrid operates as a boutique training school, devoted to technical precision, depth, and respect for traditional methodology. Private training is designed for practitioners committed to serious professional development who wish to refine subtle technique, body mechanics, and therapeutic quality, allowing you to work longer hours with less fatigue and achieve deeper clinical results.
Places are strictly limited to preserve the focus and integrity of the learning experience. Training is arranged by prior consultation and may be scheduled flexibly when planned in advance. Intensive private formats can also be designed for concentrated progression.
Private mentorship carries a 50% supplement over the standard group course fee.
